Please note that these rooms are on a first come bases. So if you think that you will be attending the conference please go ahead and reserve your room ,because you can always cancel it if your not going to need it. Once these rooms are gone, I may or may not be able to get you a room. Also there isn't another hotel in walking distance so make sure that you get your room.
